Who We Are
The Compact for Belonging is one of the core programs of the We Belong Here project at Civic Commons. Since 2018 we have facilitated the gathering of partners and friends across sectors to help create the values and practices of the compact. Frank Nam
Frank Nam (he/him) leads the belonging effort of Civic Commons through his role as the Project Director of We Belong Here. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in multiple sectors, he has worked for large and start-up technology companies, for-profit and nonprofit educational organizations and local government.
Frank brings strong experience in facilitation, coaching and community engagement, with a focus on equity. He has been invited to serve on multiple local and national nonprofit boards and committees including Leadership Tomorrow's Curriculum Committee.
